Late review - had my first hair appointment in NZ on 31 December 2022 for highlights, cut and blow dry with Asia. I was nervous but she is such a friendly person. Service was excellent. Though I initially was not 100% happy with the outcome of the colour of my hair, she advised it can be redone free of charge. Second appointment was about 2 weeks later. Same amazing service. Had my hair done with Sarah today, had a half head of highlights, cut and blow wave. She thoroughly talked me through my consult. Explained my colour options and the whole process. Explained the price for the add ons she suggested. Also asked me what products I was using at home. I was very happy, she gave lovely service and is very genuine. She did such a good job while handling my hair and another customers due to a delay which i completely didn’t mind considering how amazing she did with my hair. Highly recommend Asia, absolutely amazing at her craft. I went to see Asia for foils and got exactly what I asked for, actually more - she did such a great job and fixed up my multi colored highlights that I really wasnt happy with. Really disappointing, got told 170 deal - colour cut and style. Charged me 304. Then to get home and notice the hair is all uneven and not cut nicely, look like willy Wonka and my foils are noticeable on my regrowth. Defiantly sticking to vivo manakau from now on.
