Kayla was the fastest most on-to- it hairdresser. I just wanted a wash & blow wave. Not only was her customer service excellent, but the end result was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I've just had my adult daughter in tears after a hair cut yesterday. The cut is not what she wanted however the MAIN issue is how she was treated. Last cut of the day from an impatient cutter who "can't wait for the day to end to have a glass of wine". She was supposed to have a "consultation" and didn't get to show her a picture on her phone. She said she felt intimidated and another stylist was called across to help - she then felt doubly shamed for being emotional about the cut. I can't believe that for $70 she was not listened to. Where in the process was the 'consultation'? You knew she was unhappy and still charged her fully and let her leave upset - I think a full refund is in order, you can DM me and I'll give you my number. I see another review from 3 weeks ago Renae Routely who said she wasn't listened to and the cutter just started. Sounds exactly the same!

Unfortunately the hairdresser did not follow my request, she just started cutting without much of a discussion prior and even made a discourteous comment. I do not recommend this salon.Service: Kids' cuts
After a couple days. I'm not actually happy with my hair. It did look good but then I noticed my hair just looks like it's regrowthand I have pictures of the last two time I had balayage done and it was all the way to the roots. With what I pay for my hair, I don't like the result can't add pictures but I do have three different balayage results and the first and 2nd are similar and my most recent balayage is like my hair grew out.
Shahnele is the best -awesome Love her customer service, gives great advice for personal hair care. Super loved the results.
Have had another great experience at Vivo Havelock North, cheers to Tayla who gave me a fresh new look. Highly recommend going here.
I had an excellent experience. Hair stylist Tinisha provided exceptional service. Made me feel welcome & she pampered me. Her product knowledge and passion for her craft shone through. I'll definitely go back because of her. I also could tell all stylist had a very professional approach & product knowledge towards their own customers needs. Establishment was beautifully setup. Thank you Tinisha & Vivo team stylist. I like my new look. Keep up good work.
