I've ordered a dress to my girlfriend and the way they took the measurements was so good that it fit perfectly on her, and she was so happy! good quality fabric as well.
Terrible customer service!! Purchase a $400 dress it wasn’t quite right with sizing returned it for a larger size after having spine to a customer service rep regarding sizing. When I received the new dress unfortunately it still wasn’t quite right and hit an email stating too bad you are stuck with it as it’s already been returned once! Nice! Will never shop from these guys again!!!!
BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE - The only reason this has one star is to be able to post this review. They do not deserve any stars at all. They are happy to take your money and promote fast and easy returns on their website but it is anything but. If you get something that is not right they will force you into accepting a store credit even for faulty items. Oh and if you do not get a suitable item on your next purchase they simply wash their hands of you and say sorry too bad you only get one chance. Their so called customer service is appalling. They are rude and arrogant and have no regard for any customer issues at all. Please think very carefully before purchasing from them. There are plenty more responsible and customer friendly companies you can spend your hard earned money with. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Response to owner: Outstanding customer service, you have to be joking. That involves trying to help your customers. Who offers only one exchange. I've never heard of such bad practice before. How would you feel in the same position to pay good money for something that is useless. Its disappointing although not surprising that I see by other reviews you have treated other customers as badly as myself. To reiterate, you have done nothing right by me. Nothing has been resolved here.
BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could put 0 instead of 1, I would. Disgusted in not returning a garment that is faulty and they tell me I need to "stretch the garment out to avoid the zip from catching the material;" .....are you kidding me. They refuse to return the dress. DO NOT BUY DRESSES FROM THIS COMPANY - BUYER BEWARE
Hi I would absolutely highly recommend Vivid for formal dress - the dress we ordered and received in a very quick time frame was exactly as pictured we were contacted to confirm measurements and while it wasn’t a custom made dress we felt like we received custom design platinum service. The longer length was perfect for my lovely tall daughter. She looked absolutely lovely
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and can see others also had the same experience. The one star reviews speaks for itself! Customer service was appalling in-store and online once I tried to get reach about what had happened. Similar story to other reviewers, was body shamed and discriminated against by them assuming we couldn’t pay for the dresses ourselves. “Are you bringing your mums in?” “That size won’t fit you it’s too small” Funnily enough they’d also disabled their Facebook reviews.
Beautiful dresses indeed! And from the looks of the previous reviews.. their customer service is improving too! Five out of five stars for the collection of dresses they’ve got. I bought a dress for a gala night which I realised was not appropriate for the dress code and they were friendly enough to exchange it for another dress. They were very helpful with the fitting as I went alone and I had nobody to help me zip up. They gave their honest opinions and remained patient and polite throughout the time I spent with them.
Absolutely great customer service. Recognised my order was urgent and called me to discuss an issue with it - helped me to find the perfect dress, made excellent recommendations and checked the stock while on the phone. Accommodated all my requests and answered all my questions without feeling like a bother. Would shop again!
I visited Vivid Dresses last year while shopping for a dress for my school formal and the staff were very pushy, trying to make me try on as many dresses as possible to make me buy one. Even when I told them that I am not interested in trying anymore dresses, they would open the curtain to the change room to give me a dress and make me try it on. When I did find a dress I liked, one of the staff members followed me into the change room to tell me that I shouldn't try the dress on because it is too expensive. Despite this bad experience last year, I returned this year for another school event as I liked one of the dresses I saw on their website. The staff were still very pushy and desperate for a sale, telling me that if I want that dress I saw online I had to order it from them at that moment because they didn't have it in my size and I wouldn't be able to find it anywhere else I did end up being able to buy the same dress from another store in Melbourne. The staff made me feel quite uncomfortable on both occasions, and I think it is safe to say that I will not be returning for a third occasion.
I went to Vivid Dresses in search for my perfect formal dress! After numerous failed attempts at other stores, I thought all hope was lost, but I was lucky enough to find the most beuatiful dress at Vivid! Not only are the dresses of such high quality but they are also reasonably priced! There is a dress there for everyone! Short, long, lace, you name it, they've got it! The staff were so incredibly helpful, and really helped me in finding the perfect size and colour! They were friendly and welcoming and weren't pushy like many other stores I had stumbled into! I would 100% recommend their store to anyone and will be back there next time I have any formal occasion.
