I love Vivid! I just bought the best dress for Derby Day! The lady in the store was so helpful because I'm eternally indecisive and she gave me really good feedback on what suited me. I just tried it on for the girls at work and they said it's the most flattering dress they've ever seen me in. Thank you Vivid. Feeling so excited about tomorrow now!!!! x
Horrific! Don't buy their dresses. Extremely over priced and mine was damaged after one wear! They didn't want to repair my dress, after 3 months, saying it was too old and they "didn't want to have a bar of it." After complaining and being made to feel like a total inconvenience they agreed to repair the dress informing me if the same problem occurred I would have to take the dress elsewhere to be repaired because it is too expensive for them and they don't have time. Their manager is incredibly manipulative and unprofessional. I felt awful when I left their shop. They should look up consumer rights because they are breaching many of them.
Horrible! Rude staff i left feeling horrible as i was told to leave, as i needed someone older to decide on buying my dress, when i was fully capable, the way the women dealt with the situation was rude and totally unprofessional! Would never recommend as staff may ruin your day!
