Thankyou Heidi for your excellent dentistry skills...l had a badly cracked tooth a top molar, and from the moment you began treatment , which was lots of drilling and care as the tooth broke into little pieces, until the next day has been pain free... 5/5 definitely...she also explained everything as she was going and l was very comfortable. The young lady who was assisting was also very polite, as was Gemma and other staff at the clinic. I will highly recommend you to anyone who requires dental treatment. Thankyou
I’m a new patient and had an amazing experience at Viva Dental from start to finish. A check up, xrays and clean with Dr Heidi Je. Unfortunately I have to go back for some further work, but she explained everything to me really clearly and I didn’t feel rushed or silly asking questions. Extremely affordable, especially being an NIB preferred provider. The dental assistant also made me feel very comfortable and the lady at reception was so friendly. I have found my new dentist!

I had an extraction today in preparation for an implant in a few months. I was nervous, but, I didn't need to be. The whole procedure was explained to me thoroughly and a lot of care was taken to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. Although I usually absorb information - and both oral and written information were provided - my brain seemed to go to mush. No matter how many questions I asked, they were all answered with respect and understanding. Thank you to Dr.Leonora, her assistant and Gemma.
I attended Viva Family Dental twice this week as a new patient - first for a checkup and second for minor alternations to oral device. I found both the reception staff and Dr Leonora professional friendly, helpful and informative and on time!. Thank you. By the way, the checkup cost me $47 of which I had to pay only $7. The second visit was free - I couldn't ask for better service or a better price. Thank you.
Absolutely would recommend! I’ve had a few dental procedures done in Melbourne and Viva dental assisted in continuing on in my care and made it so easy! Lovely staff and RJ is fantastic.

Personally I've had some horrible experiences with dental work growing up which has made it hard to get back to see the dentist. I finally went to see Esther and I can't be any more appreciative and happy with my experience. Esther and the whole team where incredible with making sure it was as stress free as possible, made me feel comfortable and really looked after me! Even the reception lady Gemma is amazing! 10/10 recommend Viva Dental!
