Just had some brochures printed for my Airbrushing business… So pleased with the end result! Many styles of layouts to chose from when designing too! Excited to see how they go with the public now
Excellent quality and service! I wanted to print large posters to frame from HD pictures I’d taken on my iPhone 7. I was skeptical but happy and surprised at how well they turned out and quality of the print paper. Arrived within a few days and packed safely. Very impressed and will be using them again.
I have been ordering business cards, brochures, banners, shirts etc etc for so many years from Vistaprint, and have always found the service commendable. I've never had anything to complain about. Design has been easy, even with my technologically challenged skills. Help was always at hand. Quality and delivery times perfect. Recently I did have a problem with a banner, so it was my first experience with after sales customer service. It is the best I have ever encountered. I just had to email and received a very prompt response. I was asked for a photo which I was happy to send. Their team was so pleasant. A new banner was sent within a week. Well done Vistaprint!
Have ordered die cut boxes 4 times and each time their has been an issue. First order the color was off, customer service was helpful and gave a credit. Second order there was a shipping delay by a week. Third time the machine broke and bad to be fixed, resulting in a 2 month delay and minimal help from customer service. The forth time I called up a week before delivery was due to ensure it was still in schedule as the boxes needed to be made up and shipped with a 48 hour turn around. I was assured that the boxes would arrive on time. Delivery day came and they didn't arrive, called and was told they have been delayed, they could not tell me how long for. I had to find an alternative for the boxes. I asked to speak to someone higher than customer service and was never given a call or contacted. Boxes arrived a week later and were the wrong colour completely. Never again will I use their services
Fantastic customer service- we ordered a photo book for our grandma. I was late in submitting the order so the delivery date was past her birthday. When I talked to Vista staff, they could not promise, but they did their best and we received the order right on time. It was a wonderful surprise and an example of going above and beyond. The photo book was a of a great quality too and a perfect gift.
