Pleasant young staff on arrival. Small waiting room facility and can be crowded most of the time. Unfortunately husband was not asked by staff upon request for first appointment relating to knee injections whether he required subsequent appointments and now there is a considerable wait for further injections making his first injection a possible waste of time as recommendation is 7-10 days between injections. We are now trying to locate another facility that can help with follow up injections at the recommended time frame. Other facility staff members have advised that the reception staff members should have known to asked at time of first appointment request to ask if we had more referrals or not. Message to the public is if you have a multiple of injection referrals, to book them all at once as reception staff do not ask if you have additional referrals when booking the first appointment. END NOTE: Practice Manager contacted me after I contacted the service and apologised for the misunderstanding of the service requirements. We managed to locate a sister facility to complete the additional injections but need to travel to their Bulleen facility. At least hubby will get the benefit of the prescribed treatment. Therefore I have increased my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Communication is key to good customer service.
Soon as you arrive at the reception area greeted by friendly and informed staff. Radiology staff helpful and caring. Willing to answers all questions. Highly recommend Vision Radiology Kangaroo Flat. Easy to get appointment and is a bulk billed practice
I’ve used Vision Radiology on multiple occasions after not being able to get into other radiologists in the past. Booking was easy and prompt. Staff have been lovely and accomodating on all visits and nothing has been too much trouble.nI also appreciate the clean amenities and waiting room.
Bulk billing US guided injections are unheard of nowadays. I am glad that I was able to have this minimally invasive procedure at the clinic. The team showed a high level of professionalism and care towards me that made it a very pleasant experience. I am happy that this service is provided in this part of town.
I haven’t had issue's with any of the staff until this morning when I had to have a guided ultrasound for my foot needing a Cortisone shot the male that took me into the room I found him extremely arrogant with the way he spoke definitely not the right attitude. But the the guy who did the injection was brilliant.
