The accommodations were clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The on-premises laundry was also very convenient. However there are no on-site food options and the nearest town is over 2 miles away. Consequently I would recommend that you not stay here unless you have a car.Rooms: 4/5
Clean, very well maintained, spacious, with great views of vineyard from patios and balcony. There is a garage available if needed. A pool and tennis court are a short walk. The kitchen is well stocked including a French Press and espresso maker. Close to Blenheim and wonderful wineries, bakeries, and restaraunts.
Basically a three bedroom house although others may be different in a group of about 12 all with gardens and a common heated swimming pool. Rooms were clean and a good size and beds comfortable. Nice quiet place set amongst vinyards. Nearby activities: Many winery tours available or plenty of self drive options. Restaurants a short drive

Magnifique Expérience que ce lieu de séjour Il est situé en plein dans les vignes. Il se situe à quelques kilomètres de blenheim, une petite ville sans véritable intérêt mais qui reste agréable pour un court moment Cet hébergement propose une dizaine de maisons individuelles qui sont parfaitement équipées La cuisine est très bien conçue. Rien n'y manque pas, même des condiments de l'huile pour faire une petite cuisine rapide si nécessaire Une piscine est disponible également pour les visiteurs. Seul petit souci, elle se situe en bord de route et reste un peu bruyante avec le passage des voitures L'accueil est convivial. Il est possible d'acheter des bouteilles de vin des propriétés voisines Je recommande vivement
Absolutely stunning views, situated right in the middle of Marlborough wine country. Good facilities and excellent support from friendly and helpful manager.Rooms: 5/5
Great place to stay, cycled round the local vineyards Food & drinks: Plenty of places to test the wine
Three weeks of traveling at different places it was so nice to be able to stretch out here and have lots of room. Very nice to have a kitchen and laundry as well as a very large living room and bedrooms. Rooms: The rooms are plenty large compared to what you get at most hotels. The living room was also plenty large and they had a well fitted patio. Moving on to now smaller rooms we miss this accommodation.
Dated rooms and furniture. Beds could use new mattresses. Couch in unit 12 was quite uncomfortable. Grounds were a great setting in the midst of the Vineyards and the mountains in the background.Rooms: 3/5
Fabulous place to stay .2 bed 2 bathroom very generous lounge/dining room. A reasonable size patio overlooking the vines. Full kitchen facilities if you want to cook but 2 restaurants just down the Road .comfortable beds and very clean unit with a garage.
