Nicely laid out, clean and well-lit store.nShame we couldn’t find any cask premium port. Knew we should’ve purchased when we saw them from the bottle shop we saw in Daylesford…oh well.
Recently I had the pleasure of good old customer service, the kind makes you want to leave a review.nUnfortunately I never got his name but he was an older gentleman with a background in Structural engineering. As a non-drinker who had family flying in from interstate, I had the task of buying drinks for their arrival. The gentleman who worked there could see the lost look on my face and took control for me, hunting down everything on my list and taking it to the counter for me. He was an absolute champion who had a way with his customers.nnWell done
Probably one of the worst bottle shops in Australia.nOver priced we all don'tnDrink Craft beer.nRude staff and $14 for two Stubbies of Carlton Draught.nNearly @ $178 per slab.nIGA woodend .heaps better.nFreindly staff and a heap better selection.nAs long as I have a hole in bum and it points down.nNever would go back
Over priced. People need to go to the IGA around the corner. I can't stand any business that offers the 'special' price as part of an additional 'membership'.
Nice staff, let me use her hotspot when I needed to check my account and didn’t have an Aussie SIM. Also good member deals.
