Thank you to the crew at Vintage Cellars for going the extra mile to help get us some reusable glassware for our New Year swim squad celebration.
You'd think it would be impossible to 1 star a bottle shop, but turns out it isn't. Placed a sizeable order over the phone, and sent someone in to pay for it. They had no record of order. Placed it over the phone again, and colleague went back and paid for it via credit card and advised staff it was to be delivered across the road. 15 minutes before the event it hadn't arrived, so sent someone to see what the hold up was. Rude male behind the counter claimed it hadn't been paid for, and then had the nerve to act like it was our fault. Had to SMS the receipt so the order could be picked up not delivered, as originally agreed. As I said, turns out it's not impossible to 1 star a bottle shop.
Great service of your drug of choice.
Avoid at all cost. Horrible rude staff member pretentiousness unhelpful aggressive and not worthy to be under the Coles banner. There are much better places in this otherwise well supplied suburb
Always good to visit. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it is easy to get to.
Very nice wine shop with friendly staff. Great selection of wines
