What a phenomenal store! Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my wine needs. The manager knows her stuff and makes you feel warm and welcome every time you step inside, and her staff are just as great! Tasting bar, friendly company and good wine deals... what more could you ask for?
Good shop except for one staff member. The older guy with the beard is quite cold and never smiles. He gets the job done to a minimum standard but I wanted to leave the store rather than buy more.
Do not recommend. Very rude and unhelpful.
Refused service here because my over 18 daughter did not have ID. She left the store but sales person would not allow me to buy a bottle of wine for myself because he thought I was buying it for her. Not been back since, despite this being my closest bottle shop.
always a good Shiraz to be found. The beer cold room is a pleasant stop over on a hot summers day.
