This was a first in Vintage Cellars. I visited this store on Thursday night 6 October. I was looking for gluten free beer. As I don’t drink beer and as such have absolutely no knowledge of beers I decided to ask a young woman who was stacking shelves with wine. She told me that I should do my own research and that she wasn’t going to help me. As I mentioned, this was a first in Vintage Cellars. I tried to provide feedback but their chat bot is not working. I’d hate it if this happened in my store hence this review.

Great team great range of single malt and wine. Not as big as Dan Murphy but you will get your range and variation with reasonable price.

I've been going to this store for years now, and have always found it to be a good place to shop  - but unfortunately experienced an incredibly rude sales person today. I had one person in front of me who was being served by the one fellow in the store - and as soon as I stepped up to the counter - the sales person went to the other counter and proceeded to do some paper work. I waited a while as I thought maybe he had to check off the sale in a log book - but, he continued to do paperwork while I just stood there. He then picked up his phone and started playing with it - while he was facing right in my direction. I thought maybe he hadn't seen me ? So I said 'Excuse me'  - He then gave me a withering look and said 'Yes' ? And it was not in the least bit polite. I then asked for some inexpensive wine to cook with. He pointed me in the right direction - but his manner was so short and condescending that I couldn't believe it. It's difficult to quantify a bad attitude - but this guy was the very personification of it. I walked out feeling humiliated. I won't be going back.

Wide variety!! Friendly staff with great recommendations, we had a friends gift to purchase and he loves whiskey. We dont know anything about whiskey … staff member asked a variety of questions to understand the brief and delivered!!! Will definitely come back :

Went in to buy a gift, they didn't have what I wanted but we're able to recommend something that was just as pleasing, my friend really liked it.  Good service, covid precautions taken seriously.

Well stocked and great customer service

Customer service was king - Like many, a hard day might lead to a visit to buy wine!  Yesterday, I visited Vintage Cellars [Norton Plaza] and was so impressed and grateful of the amazing customer service :   Bubbly, friendly, helpful and positive - what a lovely way to end the day; and the wine was good too.

-Good range of wines. -Visited a few times, once the guy was sitting on the safety step and was chatting with the other girl. My experience was disappointing this time. - Team members need to be trained. Each team member tells me a different version of the rules. Very disappointing.

I had the best service I have had in any bottle shop ever today. Jessica I think was amazing. Listened to what I  asked for and pointed me to a lesser expensive item even after me trying to disagree. Walked away with an amazing find. Amazing! Highly recommended.
