Hit and miss regarding the staff, either incredibly friendly or amazingly rude and obnoxious. I was once pretty much told off for enquiring about Chilean wines as opposed to Australian. Good selection of wine and reasonably priced by Australian standards.

Horrible experience. Two employees continued to laugh at us while we asked questions about products. Would not recommend and will never go there again.

Nice selection, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable (without any pretentiousness). They are the first shop I've been to carrying First Drop wines, FWIW. Love their Shiraz. Open til 9, which makes it convenient, as well.
