Fell in love with this old fireplace when I saw it online - the 2 birds made me think of my hubby and I we are the Partridges. We went for an in-person look today and couldn't resist. Karen and her staff were so accommodating, helpful and knowledgable. Thanks to Karen and the crew at Vinsan Salvage we now have a stunning new addition to update the old fireplace when we move to our new home in Mount Barker in early March - can't wait!
What a great place. Everyone helpful and friendly. I don't think there is anything you couldn't find here for renovating a period property or finding interesting bits. Parking right outside and easy to find. Not too far from Ashfield station either.
Couldn't be happier with my experiences at Vinsan Salvage yard. It's become my one-stop-shop for renovations needs. Great variety, friendly team and fair prices keep me coming back. Regularly finding cool stuff for my projects. And big cheers for doing your bit for the planet.
They advertise stuff that is sold already and dont take the ad off Time wasting and rude also. Been here before and was different so something changed maybe but no call for the rudeness. I hate time wasters, just take yr ads offline when u sell it. Ad is still up so that shows complete arrogant disregard for customers.
I Patiently waited for over 25 minutes to ask about the price for a simple item that i could buy brand new for under 20 dollarsI was ignored and then rudly informed that they were closing so when i replied asking about the price i was abruptly snapped at and told $50. There was no one in the store the entire time and He remained seated with not so much as a hello, . The customer service was despicable. I wont be returning. Just completely rude with no customer service. I understand that staff need wages but lowering your price for items they recieve for free or even labelling item costs might help with the lack of communication so people dont waste their time waiting until the person devides he is ready to approach them. Yes i could have approached him but trying to manuever through the junk in bad lighting wasnt something i was willing to do with my daughter with me.
