Food was prepared quickly. Order was correct. Good portion sizes. Parking and access to the place is atrocious. Aesthetically looked as though the restaurant was closing down. If it wasn’t for the friendly staff that appeared out of nowhere, I would have thought I was in the wrong place and walked out. Strange experience but would order from them again.
Really disappointed this place use to be the best was a regular customer. I order a parmigiana with chips and salad came with no sauce no salad. I also ordered a potato bake, a garlic and a side of gravy all for pickup. I asked if the gravy was in the bag. Got home, it wasn't. I called and ask if they would drop of some gravy and salad an hour and a half later I rang. The girl had taken wrong unit number. Finally got the rest of our order salad was disappointing gravy was 20ml container. Not sure if I'll go back.
Ordered salt and pepper squid takeaway by delivery. Good size box looked inviting but full of potato chips. I did find some squid in there too - probably a dozen or so about the size of a large marble. Cost was about $12 and therefore each piece of calamari cost about $1 each. If I was eating in I would have sent the meal back to the kitchen.
Vinny's is the best pizza in the district by far. Best tasting pizzas that I've come across for the right amount of cash. My only true gripe is lack of fresh ingredients at times. I have raved about the taste and my great experiences at Vinny's to many people thru out the district. The big boys don't know how to do pizzas like you guys do while being considerate of the customer in their food preparations . I've bought plenty from you guys over the months have always walked away happy. One night my son got home late from his delivery run and was really dying to get his hands on a Vinny's supreme. I called ahead. It was about 10 minutes before closing and I spoke to the guys expecting to be turned away BUT the waited patiently for me to arrive and gave me the pizza without any hassles about having to stay back a few extra moments. A huge Golden Thumbs Up from us . Dominos and the others could learn a thing or two from you guys!!! Well Done!!!
ALWAYS AMAZING FOOD,TASTE AND LOVELY STAFF ! We have been eating her regularly for many years. The staff are super friendly whether you pick up or get food delivered. They always accommodate our order. The food is DELICIOUS and VALUE for money!! Ordered 2 meat lovers pizzas and ceaser salad last night from Tweed. Big on friendly and professional customer service. Everytime I've been there we have always been pleased. The scrumioushly made to perfection pizzas, so delicious. Thank you team at Vinnys, we will be back!
The pizza was ok but the wings were raw when I contacted the store, I was told theres no way they could be raw and offered a credit for some more raw wings but no refund. Good luck with your business
Pretty bad. Potato bake was grey, nachos were Indian flavour bizarrely, vegaterian meal wasn’t given instead they replaced it with a meat based meal…so inedible. Really really bad.
Ordered a pizza online at 6.36pm as shown on the Uber eats docket. The docket also showed it was due to pickup at 6.51pm, however I didn’t receive the COLD pizza until 8.12pm and I only live a few streets away. You can blame Uber but they are the way you Vinnys choose to deliver their product and the delivered item is a reflection on Vinnys.
Nice pizza base, generous amount of cheese. Friendly service and reasonably quick. I ordered the tropicana, fresh yummy prawns, and a good amount of pineapple not to much, not too little. The ham was a little tasteless however, I would recommend they re-source their ham. Reasonable price. If I am in the area again, I will go back. For a regional Italian place, this is pretty good.
