Such an easy and quick process. I drove in, parked in one of the bays and within minutes the lovely Neil and his colleague came straight out and started loading up shopping carts. I had a Ute full of stuff and they were nothing but helpful, friendly and thankful. Highly recommend donating your good quality items here.

On an exceptionally hot day, we were greeted with a smile by Neil, Mohammad, and Jack. They met us at our car, helped us unpack our goods, and were genuinely appreciative of our donation.nThis level of service impressed us greatly, especially compared to other charity shops where we’ve had to carry heavy boxes ourselves. The friendly, helpful team at Vinnies made the donation process so easy and pleasant, and I will now make it my go-to place for future donations.nThank you to the wonderful team at Vinnies, North Parramatta!
In recent times I had found it difficult to donate goods to charitable organisations. I felt like I’d get the third degree and would be treated as though they were doing me a favour - Vinnie’s Parramatta is a really welcome change. They are just so friendly, gracious and helpful. We’ve found a few wonderful things to purchase too. I’ll be bringing them all our best giveaway stuff. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
A big thrift store compared to other Vinnies.nVariety of household items, clothes, toys, accessories, shoes are available.nStaff is really nice and welcoming.nI can literally spend an hour or two browsing
What a great experience! The team at this Vinnie's location was so helpful and very insightful.nnThe lovely lady in the front Aleesha guided me to the men's section. Also she told me the certain areas where everything is. Definitely well organised with the clothing, and bric a brac areas.nnI am also loving the Valentine's day setup!
