Such an easy and quick process. I drove in, parked in one of the bays and within minutes the lovely Neil and his colleague came straight out and started loading up shopping carts. I had a Ute full of stuff and they were nothing but helpful, friendly and thankful. Highly recommend donating your good quality items here.
In recent times I had found it difficult to donate goods to charitable organisations. I felt like I’d get the third degree and would be treated as though they were doing me a favour - Vinnie’s Parramatta is a really welcome change. They are just so friendly, gracious and helpful. We’ve found a few wonderful things to purchase too. I’ll be bringing them all our best giveaway stuff. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
Not sure they actually want customers. When I arrived the three staff were standing in the doorway of the shop blocking the entry, and didn't seem at all concerned that I was trying to enter. This is only the most recent example of rude and neglectful behaviour from the staff at this location. This occurred hours from closing time so it's not as though they were trying to deter customers for that reason.nThe range of products is okay, although they did have mouldy shoes out for sale last time I visited so I'd steer clear if you care about hygiene at all.nPrices range from the reasonable to the exorbitant.nI would recommend checking out the nearby competitor and the op shops in the town centre and giving this one a miss.
A big thrift store compared to other Vinnies.nVariety of household items, clothes, toys, accessories, shoes are available.nStaff is really nice and welcoming.nI can literally spend an hour or two browsing
What a great experience! The team at this Vinnie's location was so helpful and very insightful.nnThe lovely lady in the front Aleesha guided me to the men's section. Also she told me the certain areas where everything is. Definitely well organised with the clothing, and bric a brac areas.nnI am also loving the Valentine's day setup! Well done, can't wait to come back.
