hard to find parking and staff were just rude in general. Asian lady kept following me around everywhere the whole time. She pretended to put stuff out and was “fixing” everything i looked at or touched. Always 1 step behind me and she made it obvious. Tested to see if she would follow me to the other side of the store, which she did. No staff at counter and she was rude too. Nothing really on the shelves and was overpriced. Just a really sad vinnies lol. Wont be coming back here

Rude Asian lady followed me and my partner around the whole store and wouldn't let us shop in peace - automatically assumed we were stealing.nnWon't be going back.

I had a lovely experience at this store. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The store is massive and the selection was plentiful but basic brands and well priced. Hope to be back soon!

Woman by the name of Chris at Newport in Victoria is horrible to customers. She’s judgemental and officious. I know that she volunteers her time, which is good, but at least she could have the decency to be civil to people. She’s not a very nice person

All the prices should be halved. Rediculous prices for donated goods. Don't fool yourself that the money goes to fund the homeless etc.  The CEO's are lining their pockets while masquerading as helping the less fortunate. Shame on you Vinnies.
