The store is so overpriced. I dont think Vinnies knows they are a Vinnies. They charged $10 for a childrens car toy and wanted high prices from some items that are original retail price. I asked why it was so overpriced and the lady at the counter replies “I dont know”
First time in there . Lady followed me in there , then asks do I need help . I'm in vinnies lady looking for a bargain. She didn't ask anyone else for help . Maybe mind your own business lady you don't own the shop . Not a nice experience, don't think I'll be back to support you
One of the ladies working there was unnecessarily rude to myself and my partner all because she was offended by his shirt, she could of very well kept her opinion to herself instead of making us feel uncomfortable and rather angry to be treated so poorly as customers. But she continued to insult us. Extremely poor customer service from someone of her age who should know better.
I love how they changed the size of the Vinnies, I would definitely recommend you to go there, they have awesome stuff, clothes, toys and more.
Fantastic OP shop with some of the best finds in the bay and a great range. I’ve seen some backlash on the pricing but that’s definitely changed in the past few years because everything is fantastically cheap. Bought our couch there for $25! Lovely crew too, always have a good time chatting with everyone :
