From super expensive, to cheap, I was unable to determine the basis for their pricing policy.nnI enjoy that Vinnies are open on Sundays, as that’s the day we don’t feel so rushed well, I don’t. What a lovely place to visit and didn't expect such good quality items for sale. Not to mention so many items ridiculously cheap!nnVisited Vinnies yesterday and got such a pleasant surprise. They have such a huge range of things and all in order and not just all over the place.nnFashion clothes sorted by colour, shoes, boots, bags, hats jewellery and accessories.nnThey have several lounge suites, chairs, coffee tables, hutches, buffets and childrens' furniture.nnNew mattresses available, chests of drawers, bedsides. Assorted fabrics, linens, cushions, towels and accessories.nnThen they have a treasure trove of books, CD's and DVD's and a small range of small electrical appliances, plates, glassware, prints and paintings.nnCertainly a place for anyone and not just the needy, and the store is huge with a wonderful layout. Many staff are volunteers that give their time to help those in need of assistance, so its all for a great cause, and why I gave this honest review.nnUpdate 12/6/18nCome in a few weeks later and 95% of the blurays sold and there were around 100 plus! should have kept my secret!nnALL PLATES ARE NOW ON SALE - they were only wall decorations before. In fact everything you see is for sale, except fixtures of course.nnNearly all the lounges on display have been sold, and I noticed a new collection range of new side tables and new chests of drawers in white, and a new kids toy box in green as part of the range available every day.nnVinnies are getting more traffic through the door, so come get a bargain and support charity at the same time.

A massive 5 stars to St Vinnies for helping me with food and fuel vouchers. They are quite literally life-savers.nI'm currently homeless, living in my Mazda 2, and rely on a Disability Support Pension. Because of my situation, I'm on weekly payments—a system designed so people in crisis don't go days without food or fuel. When Centrelink suddenly stopped my scheduled Thursday payment and offered no solution other than 'wait another week,' it left me with $0 and no way to move or eat.nFor a government system to leave a vulnerable citizen stranded like that is disgraceful. If it wasn't for St Vinnies stepping in to cover those 4 days of survival, I don't know what I would have done. Thank you for being the safety net that actually works.
