Dealt with Vines Conveyancing (Jill) buying a block of land in O/G which went well and was a positive experience. Fee was also reasonable too (not the cheapest and not the most expensive)

The treatment we received from this law firm was absolutely appalling. The female solicitor that we 'dealt' with was very rude and lacked basic empathy. There was no transparency during our dealings with this firm, they keep information regarding costs from you, they lack communication skills which results in more costs for the client, the staff are unavailable five out of seven days per week - making it impossible to sort anything out in a timely manner, and they hold documents at your ransom, We are VERY un-impressed with our experience with Vines Lawyers. AVOID at all costs.

Very bad experience, slapped on the face with a fee when decided not to use them after first meeting?! Do not leave documents with them, they use it as a ransom for fee. Very rude, aggressive and not professional at all.
