Refused service to a Disabled person who had a service dog. Incredibly rude and condescending to a polite lady seeking nothing more than a menu. Avoid at all costs, as they are willing to Break Federal Law to avoid treating Disabled people with respect.

Refused service to a patron who has a service dog. She stated that she pays the rent so it’s her decision. Rude, disrespectful and inconsiderate. Take your well earned money elsewhere.

Can not believe you refused service because the customer had a service dog. This is disgusting! Saw what happened and the cus was polite and asked for takeaway and a menu to come back with partner at a later date to dine with no service dog and both refused! Very very poor customer service

Not impressive - out dated feel, customer service very basic, cappacino tasted watery. There are much nicer places to get a decent coffee.

The way you treated that poor girl in the video is disgraceful - you wouldn't even give her a take away menu. You need to apologise. You talked over her and was not interested in offering her food or service. It is your choice, however it may result in losing customers.
