Came in unsure of what to buy because of the variety of different wines from so many regions of Australia. So Jeff the store attendant came over and offered some suggestions which helped us come to a decision. Great customer service will shop their again.
Very nice staff, great offers
The worst service I have ever seen in a retail store. The people that work there seem miserable and unhappy.
I would definitely recommend popping in here if you are after something a bit different. They have all the old favourites too though
Young lad there has fantastic whisky knowledge
Staff not very friendly. They didn't seem interested in offering any customer service.
Came to pick up a special wine, didn't want to serve, asked for ID then refered to the BWS down the street actually found some specials there.
