We had couple massage here. My wife received good massage from experience staff while I didn’t. I asked to focus on neck & legs    where the pain is but all I received is 40min back massage. 5min arm & 5min leg which was not done well either. 10min remaining going out and wasting time to go on back massage again. Management here should do quality control. I usually go to Holiday Calm which is 30min drive where all staff are trained but thought to try somewhere local but it seems not coming back.  However clean rooms & friendly receptionist.  Update: 1 June 2022 Thanks for investigating in this matter and providing a compensation gift certificate. This shows a great customer service.

I've been here a few times and every time I got a different masseuse; They have all been good. Especially Monique who did a really good job last time I visited. The staff are welcoming and the services are reasonably priced.

I have been to this place a couple of times.  The therapist Gavin is very good and professional, especially follow pressure request accordingly. He is so good with Thai yoga stretching and body massage. It feels to be in relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommended this place. Happy to visit again.

I’ve been coming to Vigorous Thai West Melbourne almost every week for 10 years as the standard of massage is very high.  These days I always book with Monic because she is one of the best massage practitioners I’ve ever met. She knows so many ways of expertly giving the deep pressure I like to all parts of my body. My partner who prefers lighter pressure also booked in with her and said she was perfect at that too.  Highly recommend.

I had a 2-hour deep tissue massage with Olivia today. I cannot recommend Olivia more. I requested for a VERY firm massage for targeted areas, and she delivered. She was also open to me asking for it to be more firm! I feel like all the knots that have accumulated from sitting hunched over a desk have been released. Next time I come back I will specifically ask for Olivia.  I also want to commend the VTT West Melbourne branch for their staff and facility. The front of house staff was very friendly and accomodating. I love how they provide you with a body chart for you to circle the areas you want targeted, which is passed onto the masseuse. The facility is clean and the massage experience is peaceful with relaxing music.  Can’t wait to come back.

Monic has been my regular massage therapist, she has great knowledge of the body and many years of experience on how to treat any conditions or needs you may have. I highly recommend her.

This is the most reliable place for a decent massage. Staff are so friendly, peaceful and non intrusive. Monik is my fav therapist. It is very hard to find someone who does their job with so much dedication and precision.

Had a 30min upper body massage with Pia as I had a back pain. The pressure was perfect and on point, and the back pain was gone afterwards. It was the best massage I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely come back!

Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage and wow - Anna is the best! Seriously, if you are sore / have muscle pain and need a deep tissue massage, book Anna. She is highly skilled. You will walk out a new person.
