Ryan helped me get a p.b at almost every session, he's a really good coach, he's easy going put will put you through your paces, in  a really cool gym with a great vibe. i highly recommend him.

Was working in Brisbane for two weeks and booked in for 6 PT sessions with Ryan. A fantastic trainer and the venue is great. Conveniently close to the city. I'll definitely book in again when I'm back in Brisbane.
