Found this new Banh Mi shop in #carolinespring. The staff are friendly, the bread rolls are crispy outside and soft inside, ingredients are fresh. It's quite rare to get a great Báhn Mí in the area without having to travel to St Albans or Sunshine. I'm so happy we have this place in Caroline Springs and hope they stay long! Very flavourful and filling rolls and worth the price. Vietnamese Coffee is also amazing! Been there 4x already and it's always been great service and food Thankfully this place has fried onions cause If they don't have fried onions it's not a real Vietnamese Roll
Oh crispy pork, tuna roll.. this has got to be one of the best banh mis I've had thus far in the west! It's already our new favourite. Can't wait to go back to try other rolls, pies, coffee and slices. The ladies are also very friendly !
Bought 2 rolls yesterday and they were absolutely delicious , bread was crispy and fresh , chicken and pork well done . I’ll be back again for more
I just took a take way of chicken satey roll and the chicken taste was stale could not even eat one bite. I would request the owner to give me a refund.
Their Banh Mi is the best in the west. Definitely try the roast pork with extra chilli.
