Excellent service and very professional! My Samsung screen had an issue, and they fixed it quickly with great quality—the result was perfect. The staff were friendly, patient, and clearly explained the problem and solution, which made me feel very comfortable. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was great. Highly recommended!
Shout out to the two guys sorry I didn't catch your names who came today to repair my Samsung TV, now working perfectly Part was replaced quickly and they were genuinely interested in the issue and resolving it. Thanks again!
Extremely disappointing. The description of our need given to the callout person was inept. And the expectation we were provided by the call centre was that a fix could occur if possible within the callout. Callout was $168. But then upon the callout, the rep had been told poor details and informed us that for a fix, we'd need to spend a further $105. He was there 30 minutes. We spent $273. That's an hourly rate of $546. Inexcusable rip-off. Apparently authorised repairers for Samsung, LG and others. Next time for us it'll be a Westinghouse, perhaps, and certainly no Video Factory.
I had Daniel come today to check my Samsung washing machine. It is still work in progress but wanted to provide feedback on great communication so far not only from Video Factory Electronics support team but Daniel himself. He arrived when promised, he provided details on what was wrong and how it will be handled and repaired when parts do arrive. Daniel’s knowledge and actions are very much appreciated!
I regret to say that my experience with The Videofactory Electronics has been nothing short of disastrous. This is, without a doubt, the worst repair center I have ever encountered. I entrusted them with my refrigerator, which has been struggling to cool, expecting timely service and professionalism. Instead, I was met with frustration and endless excuses.nnAfter booking a repair schedule with them through LG, I waited patiently for over two months, only to be kept on hold consistently. Each time I reached out for an update, I was met with vague reasons and promises to reschedule my service appointment, none of which were ever fulfilled. The lack of communication and accountability was infuriating.nnDue to their inefficiency, I have been without access to my fridge for far too long, and it has not been repaired, leaving me in a difficult situation. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. The Videofactory Electronics has proven to be unreliable and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend them. Save yourself the headache—avoid this company at all costs!
