Great service and follow up, prompt and blinds look great- a tricky problem was solved easily. Would recommend Victory Blinds based on our result.

The lady who did the measure and quote was great. Subsequent contacts haven't been so good. Awnings were not tensioned correctly and installer seemed to do a bit of a rough job not noticing tracks were bowed and left plastic on the hoods. He returned and didn't avhieve much and was supposed to get his boss to look into it which didn't happen until I rang again after 2 weeks.  When the other guy visited he made some suggestions about fabric tension and the noise they make in the wind but didn't actually do anything about it.  I used silicone spray on his advice and that's done nothing either.  A bit of wind and they rattle and squeak to the point of not been able to sleep or deal with it if you are in the same room and they have to be put completely up which defeats the purpose of having them.  Not a happy customer.  We'll go elsewhere for future blinds.

Quite a lot of money n time wasted for nothing. Take a nice option online.
