I went here for a rear bumper replacement and paint after a rear ender, as suggested by Allianz as they are an approved repairer. Unfortunately I was given my car back with several quality issues, including improper paint finish on some edges (looked like badly masked), poorly mounted reverse sensors, a fresh scratch, and the number plate mounted off centre. I don't know how any business could give a customer their car back like this! So I took the car back for the issues to be addressed. VicSmash were more than happy to repeat the work to the resolve the problems and I'm now happy with the job. But I was again without my car for a while and was very inconvenienced missing some work and taking Ubers to get there and back. Given the satisfactory outcome, I hope this is an isolated incident, however I strongly suggest to VicSmash they work on their QA control processes.

The other reviews about this company are slightly misleading as it was a different owner then. I had some damage to the guards and front bumper so the QBE insurance asked me to go to these guys. Very glad I did :) They told me it would be a week and yes...I got it back within a week. The repairs were outstanding, the staff very friendly, and they even armor oiled and washed my car, plus had the air conditioning running when returning it to me. Try and find a panel beater with that service because you won't. Do yourself a favour and just take your repairs to these guys. Professional is an understatement of their service and company. You will not regret it.
