VHH, you have been nothing but amazing nI was admitted last Friday for a pacemaker device change and discharged today.nThe doctors and nurses were very kind and funny and made me feel very comfortable.nThe hospital itself is very clean as well as the rooms. I had a good room with a great view nnThank you again VHH for your hospitality.
The staff and care I received here was excellent - world class. Everyone nurses, doctors, support were very cheerful and kind. The hospital being only 3 years old meant everything was in great condition. I had a private room with my own bathroom. I really couldn't ask for more, especially in public health.nnI spent 5 nights here for what was diagnosed as ventricular tachycardia. The PT study was a success and I was sent home the next day. I'm so grateful for the care I received here. Thank you.
Had a consultation with two doctors today and I would like to say that it was a pleasure dealing with both doctors especially Melissa from the pharmacist department. In one consultation she was very very informative and and gave us a lot of knowledge and explained it very well. No other No other doctor nurse or anyone has explained it so well as Melissa had done she was very professional and very friendly and and very Knowledgeable. I think there should be more people like this in the industry thank you very much Melissa. I hope you excel in your position because the information we had received in 15 minutes was was like I could be a doctor. I cannot thank the staff of the Victorian Heart Hospital enough, to properly express my appreciation for the fantastic care they provided. During my recent angiogram they were so attentive; kept me informed at all times about what was happening and why, and treated me so well. To keep a happy demeanour and to be so attentive when so busy and dealing with so many personalities, is a credit to the hospital staff.
We attended the Victorian Heart Hospital on Thursday 15th January 2026. My 17 year old son had an SVT ablation.nnFrom the moment we arrived we felt our anxiety about the procedure dissipate.nnAll nurses, doctors and reception staff assisting us were amazing, caring, professionals.nnA big shout out to my son’s nurse Angelique who was so caring and did an amazing job of looking after my son. On behalf of my family, thank you for such excellent care during our time there.
