The young lady delivering my treatment was obviously a trainee. She did exceptionally well, although was understandably nervous. She remained very professional whilst being very friendly at the same time. Well done to her!! An amazing addition to the already fantastic team at Victoria's.
I write to commend the high standard of care, professionalism & respect demonstrated by all the staff. Covid protocols are rigorous. A prolonged arm injury lead me to try the Zen Red Light treatment with additional laser treatment recommended by Anne. My sense of overall well being has been significantly enhanced & the arm pain has thankfully diminished.

My daughter needed some rather urgent attention, and the team at VSMC slotted us in quickly, calmly offered assistance, and put her on the right path to healing and confidence that had been missing over the last few weeks. Really grateful for the kindness and knowledge the team imparted and more than happy my daughter is now looking forward to making those regular checkups needed to help her shine.

Customer service is appalling here, I have tried to communicate with them for my partner, but she wanted to use many of the advertised services when we are in the town for business. I found the staff on reception very unhelpful, no response via all contact via social media as I attempted several times & also left my details for them of the message service still no contact. So businesses must be good to ignore new paying customers.
