What beautiful flowers! I placed a same-day order for my grandmothers birthday, and we were all more than impressed with the incredible bouquet that arrived before 5pm. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend this floral company for all your delivery needs.
I purchased a $90 "deluxe" floral arrangement and Vic's Floral was the florist who agreed to fulfill the order. In my opinion, the order was of extremely poor quality and nowhere near the image of what I purchased photo below. To make matters worse, the order was also left outside in 19-degree temperatures with the delivery service that Vic's contracts with. When I called Vic's, Carol raised her voice and ended up hanging up on me. She told me that she could not help me. She went on to say that the 3rd party that they agreed to contract with doesn't pay them enough money i.e., to give me the deluxe arrangement that I paid for. With that, my perception is that they act unethically and therefore deliver lower quality to customers like me so that they can make a greater profit. Carol essentially told me that she shouldn't tell me this but did. I personally will never do business with this florist and encourage others to be careful so they do not have the same experience I did. If you look on Yelp, at least one other customer shared something similar. I wrote in to the "wecare@vics" email twice, asking to be contacted in an attempt to provide feedback and resolve and no one cared enough ironic to contact me to discuss. Very upset with their quality and customer service.
Kelly did such a fantastic job with our wedding this past weekend. Was always on top of everything and very reliable. We got so many compliments on the flowers. My bride was over the moon about her bouquet!
Flowers were beautiful but only lasted 4 days. I followed instructions. This pic was taken Wednesday morning. I received flowers Saturday.
I highly recommend! I am over the moon impressed with the customer service I received. There was an issue accessing the complex for the delivery and Vic’s made multiple attempts to ensure the flowers were delivered. They even made a new arrangement after a failed delivery attempt. I appreciate their effort and consideration despite issues getting into the apartment complex. Thank you so much for your dedication!
Ordered flowers for same day delivery at 11:30am. They called an hour later saying they "just got my order" and same day delivery was no longer possible and if they could deliver it the next day. No option for a refund or discount due to lack of same day delivery. I said tomorrow was fine, but then they weren't delivered until 5pm the next day.
Ordered some flowers for my girlfriend, they were delivered in the morning, looked beautiful, they were arranged well and smelled amazing
They made my the corsage I ordered last minute and it was beautiful! They said maybe 3 or 4 but it was ready early for my sons prom!! Thank you very much and I will definitely come back!!!
