Fantastic treatment from Aayush, he is a magician! Incredibly knowledgeable, he's sorted two injuries patella tendon and an ankle sprain and I have a good friend who also raves about him. I can't recommend him highly enough.
I feel like I'm reborn every time I come out of an appointment. Kudos to Aayush for not only treating me but explaining so well what's happening and keep me motivated with the exercise. Definitely recommend the service!
Great location - really convenient. Place is well appointed, clean and welcoming. This was a follow-up appointment for me as I was unable to return to Claygate - I was not disappointed. The therapist was up to speed with my hip/back issue and gave firm treatment, she also checked me doing the exercises I'd been given & tweaked my posture during one - then gave me a personal targeted exercise plan and assured me I could call at any time in the future if I needed assistance. / It's been 6-months now, no pills and NO more pain :- I do still work on the exercises 3-4 x week. / Good caring service at a reasonable price. If I get any strains- pains in future I'll be calling them before my doctor!
I have been treated by both Amanda and Rebecca and both are knowledgeable, dedicated and excellent professionals. I am convinced that my injury recovery has been quicker than it would have been without the sessions.They provide excellent advice and gave me very helpful and well-explained exercises to do between the sessions. I highly recommend the place.
I saw Amanda Harris and she was excellent. We used a range of therapies including acupuncture, massage and exercises. My issue was with my neck and shoulder/upper back and it was amazing how Amanda got to the root cause. I saw a lot of benefit after just the first session and in the end I had 5 through Bupa. Highly recommend Amanda if you're not sure who to book.
I suffer from really bad shoulders and neck pain due to long hours spent at my desk. I had my first treatment with Amanda and it is already making such a difference, absolutely excellent! Looking forward to my next appointment.
Excellent physio service. Such professional and thorough assessment that got to the root of the problem really quickly. The treatment was fully explained and I saw improvement from the first session. I was given exercises and advice to continue with between sessions and I actually learnt a lot so that I can prevent the problem coming back.
Great physios, been there a couple of times and good professional service.
