Terrible front desk customer service, noteably an elder receptionist, is very rude, seems stressed out, is very hard to make an appointment without feeling as though you are putting HER out. Most patients, by the time they are ringing the Doctor, are already in pain and/or in a fragile mental state. The last thing we need to hear is how busy the practise is, huffing and puffing when trying to make an appointment, then left feeling bad for taking up their time. We pay extremely good money for consultations ie:$56 for a 4minute phone consultation. Absolutely understand this is a standard rate for a consultation at this practise, just pointing out that fee should also cover a pleasant front desk experience. This has led us to take our family of 5 out of this practise which is incredibly hard as the doctors are great and medical care is of an excellent standard.

I found Dr S Rhind quite rude and felt like she didn’t even want to know what was wrong. She said we needed to do a test for something but when she went to grab the test she realised she had none left in her room so instead of getting one she said “we won’t worry about it”. Very unprofessional

Dr Sandra Rhind was amazing over the weekend. I took my toddler in on Thursday last week and Sandra kept in touch with us during the long weekend to monitor how he was going and to help direct us on different dosages he needed. She went above and beyond. My family and I are so appreciative of her help and care! Thanks so much Sandra
