Nice looking furniture in reasonable price. They offer a years warranty on all items. And also offer price match for upcoming sale prices but their prices are already fair so will not see prices go further down or see items going on sale. Usually this place is busy, I would recommend check them on trademe first and then visit show room.
Good choice of furniture, easy to deal with and plenty of parking. Although pick up is from a warehouse not far from the store. Items We brought were of good quality. Most items are flat packed so some assembly required.
Visited the store on 18th Nov, received less than adequate service. The person was rude and shunned me off at the suggestion of what would be the best deal possible, since it was a big purchase and needed delivery. Paid the amount in full, including the delivery fee. Today, 7 Dec, I receive my order, and because my house is on plinths, the delivery team would not take it upstairs i.e. I had to pay extra to take it up. This was not made clear to me at the time of purchase, what is the delivery fee for? I've lived in the same house for 20 years, had more furniture being delivered today, and it was all kept it in the respective areas without any extra charges. I now need help from my 65 year old dad and 75 year old uncle to take up the heavy boxes for me. Worst experience. Hassle is not worth the supposedly 'sale price'.
Thus is a small furniture store with limited stock. However the stock is good with good prices and helpful staff..A pleasant shopping experience. Worth a visit
A good place to find low price furnitures but it also have matching qualities for the price tag. You need to pickup stuffs from their warehouse not far from their display shop so make sure plan for additional trip to pick up what you purchased.
Buying gas lift beds online was simple. Victor's communicated personally via email regarding my order and dispatch dates. They sent it out 2 weeks prior with Mainfreight who conveniently held it in a nearby depot until my delivery date. Goods arrived and were relatively easy to assemble. Very impressed with the quality of the product, considering it was quarter of the price for identical bed frame at chain furniture store. Well done Victor's, will definitely recommend. Only pity you don't have a Wellington showroom.
We bought our dinning suite from Victoria's and let me tell you, we love it. Communication was smoothly done via email and over the phone. Thank you Victor's for making our first purchase with you guy's an exciting one.
We bought recliner sofas from their shop in Botany and I must say service was outstanding especially delivery of the product. Product seems sturdy time will tell but is super comfy and for the price is really good value.
Got furniture for my daughters bedroom. Well worth it and affordable. They held my furniture and delivered once I moved house. Very happy with communication in store. Helpful staff and very polite. Karen
Kitted out half our apartment from here; zero complaints. Quality furniture at a very affordable price.
