Great customer service but a very very bad place to choose for drivers test as in this town there are two roundabouts with 5 ways out very confusing then on main road double lanes are too close to traffic lights as you do not get enough time to change lanes , heavy traffic areas, Too much for a driver from different area. Don't choose this office unless you live there and know the town well. No offence if you are regular in this area and know the town. Otherwise, great customer service and staff is very friendly.
I did my test with Ricki today and he’s very professional. I am not from the area but if you know basic rules and follow directions properly then you’ll be fine. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you, VicRoads Warrnambool.
I did my test today with miss E reagh at 9.30 today. She provided a great customer service experience and thank you for your patience. Vic roads warrnambool staff rocks!!! I only passed the test because of FEE FROM L TO P. She is there if you are looking for best instructor in southwest region.

Bit of a wait but everything sorted by the awesome customer service team....
Amazing experience. They were flexible in adjusting our test times so I and my wife can get done asap. We went all the way from Melbourne for our computer test as no dates were available at other locations. Really loved the staff. Monica was really kind and gentle. Also there was one graceful lady with grey hair, she was incredibly kind and offered great advise. Thank you for being so nice!
So helpful today and so grateful. Really personable and professional Ricki. I could also see how helpful other staff were while I was there.
