I wish I had never gone there to register my van to Vic. Biggest mistake because the lady behind the counter at VicRoads made  too many mistakes and told me wrong information. Thanks for that, you completely ruined my van purchase by telling me I could sell it anywhere in Australia with Victoria Plates. No worries. Now I have worries! I also didn't get a customer number, now I can't even create an vic online account here in Queensland and no one can help me on the phone. I can't do anything except sell my van cheap af. For me as a backpacker, this woman has ruined everything because she didn't do her job properly. Never again Victoria. Australia should think about a backpacker rate. It's crazy how big Australia is and incredibly bad that you can't get help if you're not in the state. Come up with something.
Friendly and efficient staff made sure everything was updated. Short reg offers are good on old cars. Get ticket as you enter and you can sit down. They're pretty quick and knowledgeable.
All the STAFF at Vicroads were so friendly & understanding. They gave me my FREEDOM back. Thank you to Richie,Bernie & all the other lovely ladies that work there. You all deserve a salary increase for being so extra KIND! Love you guys

Popped in with 17 yr old at approx 2pm to change a car he'd judt purchased into his name. Not a long wait and quickly and professionally helped. All done and dusted in less than 20 mins! Very happy. School holidays so was really impressed with lack of wait time!!
