I dropped off here without the necessary appointment, I actually didn't know I needed one, and the staff member walked off to check with a colleague. Both called me a typical city guy, and said they'd be more than happy to fit me in the have trailer registered straight away. It was good friendly banter, rare with today's government departments, and just a huge positive to Warragul VicRoads.

Arrived near closing time to grab a Proof of Age application form and the male who served me was very helpful; he automatically explained how to complete all the sections accurately -without me having to ask- and he kindly answered the couple questions I had.

The supervisor doesn't have knowledge about overseas licence holders. Staff unattended for 10-15 mins
