Unfortunately, a poorly managed team at VicRoads. I myself reserved a booking online and went into the main office paying the full fee for my P’s Test. I was issued with a receipt and license appointment card stating that my appointment has been booked in at 14th May 2024 10:10 but upon the test day when arrived I was told that the booking has been cancelled despite my appointment being made. They suggested that I book in another test with no payment fee to be charged as I’ve already paid previously. From the booking being booked at 14th May 2024 to now being rescheduled on 25th June 2024. What am I meant to do with my employment? What am I meant to do with the additional fee I now have to pay to the driving school for borrowing their car prior to the test? What am I meant to do with plans and appointments that were scheduled after receiving my P’s on the 14th May? Personally, VicRoads should own up to their critical error on their website or within their office instead of blaming and stating absolutely nonsense that I must have canceled 12 MINUTES after I’ve just booked in myself for my P’s test. The best option here was to allocate me the next available appointment as soon as possible with them paying for my driving school vehicle hire as well instead of I. Overall, I’m severely disappointed as I now risk having no employment nor income to survive.
The customer service is amazing. Belinda, one of the staffs there is very friendly and helpful.
In and out in 10 minutes and the staff were very kind. A pleasant experience all round.
I had my drive test at VicRoads Warragul and Ron as my testing officer. He is such a legend. Made me feel super comfortable. He was so calm, precise and clear in all his instructions. I was so anxious about the test but he made it pleasant right from the beginning as we are just going for a ride. Hands down and a big THANK YOU We née more people like Ron
Excellent customer service today. We had two cars to transfer for a deceased estate and Todd was very compassionate and supportive. Also while we were there, a quick shout out to the young lady behind the counter who handled a very inflammatory customer with next level professionalism and calm - well done!
