On the WHV it was a bit of a hassle to produce all required documents. Obvs. not the fault of the people in the office. They helped me very much and were even very understanding, when I came back 15min before closing to get it finished and not needing to come back! Thank you so much for the help so that I don't have to make another day trip to Ararat!
Diane's behavior was absolutely terrible! I was already going through a tough time after losing a family member, and her attitude and stares just added to the pain. It's so disheartening when people in customer service lack empathy and respect, especially during such emotional moments. Staff like Diane really shouldn't be in customer service roles.
Old blond lady called Diane that's what she told me her name is. What an absolute rude and uncivilized lady. She doesn't know what to do I repeatedly herd twice she talk to herself 'what the fuuck I'm suppose to do now' ends up calling head office so someone told her what to do. She shouldn't be on customer services at all. I bet anyone can do better then her. Absolutely disgusting customer service from her.
Why is Vic roads not dealing with rude staff on the counter, not acceptable of the way you get spoken to think current affairs should do a story on them.
The lady with short blonde hair think her name is Di so bloody rude, I had to walk out the way she was talking to ppl was not called for. If the tables were turned I'm sure she wouldn't like it!
