Visited VicRoads today and the man serving me was absolutely wonderful. So pleasant to speak to and deal with. The lady sitting next to him however, I was appalled at the way she spoke to another customer. Her body language, her tone, absolutely disgusting for someone in customer service. Half way through dealing with the customers enquiry she decided she was going to head out for her break. Not the industry this woman should be working in!
A big shout out to the staff in VicRoads Ararat. The guy there was very friendly and efficient in arranging a duplicate licence for me. The female staff member was super helpful to my elderly Mum in sorting out various vehicles after my step-dad died. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Went in for my P’s test today for the second time. Both times short lady with short blond hair was absolutely rude and negative, was passive aggressive entire time both times, gave wrong direction during test leading me to fail and huffed and sighed anytime I did anything. Absolutely disgusting.
Today I took my mc on a trailer to Ararat centre.nAs power was out they had to reschedule my appointment until this afternoon.nI had a bit if a problem returning to vic roads at the correct time.nI called head office They contacted them for me.nI however was still extremely late for my appointment.nHowever the vic roads staff in Ararat were just amazing.nThey still saw me. Called me as I arrived.nThey calmed me with kindness and smiles and chit chat.nI absolutely am amazed at the beautiful kind staff at the office in Ararat.nI thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all you did today for me, I'd had an awful day.nThank you for your kindness you are all amazing .
