I visited VicRoads Customer Service Office in last August. It’s a nice set up which is dealing with car registration. You require an appointment before visiting the this customer service office which we did. The problem I noticed was that after having an appointment we kept waiting for long time which isn’t a good thing. Rest the staff was cooperative and nice.
Pleasant,helpful, efficient staff. I have been in a few vic road offices over the years and my visit to the Horsham office today was the best experience I've ever had whilst visiting Vic roads.
Worst Customer ServicenIgnorant StaffnDon’t know what they are doingnnI went to registration appointment the lady was Rude at service desk making us wait for 30 minutes as they were running late .nI went to transfer same car to someone else name and there was a surprise for me Vic Roads Horsham registered the car under someone else’s name.nIt’s a blunder how you can register car to someone else name .nThose ladies shouldn’t be working in VicRoadsnBe careful Horsham People always check your receipts before you leave.
Exactly the same thoughts as the reviewer below. The staff were fantastic except for the woman in her mid 30s Friday 13th of July 2018, 9.30am, that's the rudest service I can remember receiving - ever. Myself and my brother walked away from there in hysterics at the 'service' we'd received from her. Thanks very much to the other nice lady who stepped in and helped us though.
Good customer service. Not as busy as other VicRoads offices I visited.
