I recently went through the vehicle registration process at Broadmeadows VicRoads for our company vehicles and I must say, it was a breeze! The staff were courteous and well-informed, guiding me through each step with clarity and efficiency. They handled all the paperwork swiftly, and I left feeling confident that everything was taken care of. VicRoads' customer service truly made the registration process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!!
Well I got there early at the opening time. The queue was already long outside the entrance doors. Once I made my way to the front desk that issues a number which places me in a queue for the next available customer. It wasn’t a very long wait for me to order a replacement number plate. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable with your needs.
I went to receive my learner’s today and was served by Melissa, a really wonderful and humble lady. She was really patient and made my visit really comfortable . Overall, she made my day.
i went in for a car registration, arrived quite early to my appointment as i saw reviews saying they were being turned away for being late. my appointment was at 9:15, was seen by 9:18 and was out by 9:25. it can be a very busy place but the workers were quite efficient and polite when i went. thank you! :
We recently visited VicRoads to register a vehicle, and while the process was ultimately completed, the experience was far from smooth. Although the staff member we dealt with maintained a friendly demeanor, the whole interaction felt unnecessarily stressful. Despite her colleagues openly reassuring her and us that everything was in order, she seemed determined to find issues with our application.nnIt felt like we were being put through the wringer just for the sake of it, as if she wanted to exert some kind of control over the situation. This made what should have been a straightforward process far more complicated and stressful than necessary. In the end, she did her job, but the whole ordeal left a bad taste in our mouths. It shouldn't take a power play to register a vehicle.
