All of my family have been using the services of Sema and Vicland conveyancing for the last 15 years. In the multiple properties that we have bought and sold we have only worked with Sema. She is absolutely amazing and her professionalism is unmatched. On multiple occasions she's saved us making incorrect decisions and helped resolve critical issues. The recent 1 star reviews that she has received are obviously fake and only given from a spurned party who is not even her client. Disregard those fake reviews as her services are beyond a 5 star rating.

BE AWARE... As a first home buyer i used SEMA and she is the worse . She never called to explain what im expected to pay on settelment date instead she sent me the total amount i need to pay without giving me the breakdown of those charges assuming that i know . and she charged high fees plus i had to pay fees on the system that is free of charge and she didnt tell me that. I paid high fees for unproffetional service
