Phenomenal workout For those looking for a SoulCycle equivalent in Sydney this is it! Alicia is world class
LOVE Vicious! The workout is great but the instructors are even better - so friendly, welcoming, and inclusive. Naomi and Tim are amazing so be sure to join their classes. I was new to spin when I started going to Vicious with a friend, and now I’ve been going for nearly 2 years!
Such a fun experience, Natalie is such a great trainer and so motivating
Tried this a few weeks ago and loved it. Great to change the routine. Shane is my fav teacher, his energy is beautiful and his mindfulness bit at the end always keep resonating to me for the rest of the day!
Love coming here 4-5 times a week during my lunch break! Tanya and Danni, who usually take the lunchtime classes, do an amazing job at making sure everyone is ok and set up properly before the class starts. They do an even better job at motivating the class during to make sure everyone gets the workout they came for!
Teachers are great, the work out is intense and full and you leave the room with and awesome energy ready to kick off the day! My best sydney cycling class so far!
Enjoyable ride this am with Sam who was fun and high energy! A very comparable experience to Soul Cycle for those looking for something similar in Sydney.
