a party of 2 that luckily got upgraded to a room that could easily accommodate 4, so the room was very spacious. but it's rather dim even with all the lights on, amenities were scarce - only shower cap, sanitary bag. had to ask for toothbrush. lobby and the exterior look wayyyy nicer than the room. that said, location was awesome - nicely tucked under Hyde park so it's near enough to train station and bus stops, but not too crowded with night life and felt safe returning there even at late night
Very nice hotel and nice staff. My son broke his arm when accidentally fell from the bed. The manager was with us until the ambulance came and helped a lot. She had trainings of first aid and she's so kind. Thanks for helping us~
Attended a work conference here. Cafe coffee was perfect when I arrived. Room size of conference was great and accommodated our corporation whoever it was very cold. Lunch that was provided in the dining downstairs was beautiful.
Excellent hotel. Clean, central location, well appointed. My package included the yummy breakfast buffet. I accidentally left my phone charger behind when I checked out. The staff could not have been nicer or more organised. Will stay here again.
Stayed for two nights, an amazing room bed was abit stuff from hard mattress, bathroom was very luxurious and quite modern. Staff were nice, not a far walk to the darling harbour and surrounds. Highly recommend. Walkability: Located close to darling harbour and surrounds.
i stayed for 5 nights. I can’t believe how they got 4 star. especially, their housekeeping was awful. when I got back to the room, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned up. rubbish bin would have been more clean than a electric kettle. given the lack of manpower, they shouldn’t have made their customer uncomfortable.
5 stars except we got a king size room with what was meant to be a King size bed although the bed was not a King it was barely a queen. Other than that room was clean and good size and the hotel is in a good location. I was shocked at the lack of cleanliness of this hotel! The pillows smelt really bad, they had gave us black dirty towels, shower didn’t work correctly, sauna didn’t work, fridge didn’t work, bin was more clean then shower uncomfortable beds, and there was hair everywhere over the bathroom floor. The staff were nice but don’t do anything about the problems after complaining multiple times. Food was not good, not many options and dry. Personally, I will never go to this hotel again, made me feel sick because of how dirty everything was.
Booked an expensive 4 single bed room. The package was meant to come with wine and cheese board. However on arrival we were told there was no chilled wine and was instead handed a warm bottle of sparkling wine and told to put it in the mini bar fridge to chill, despite us only staying one night. As for the cheese board, we were told they were busy and it was ready. A while later a dinner plate, which had been repurposed as a sad looking cheese board arrived with some cheese. The room's air con was under-equipped to cool our room. We were told this was because of our particular room's high ceiling and large windows letting sun light in. There were only two towels in the room for 4 people. The buffet breakfast was a rip-off. $26 for a small selection of pastries I wouldn't feed to mu dog they were that bad, and only 4 trays of hot food; bacon, scrambled eggs, soggy hashbrowns and Chipotle sausages. There was also a small assortment of fruit and an automatic coffee machine and concentrated apple and orange juice. One particular girl at reception had no personality and was off-putting.
I am head over heels in JOY for this property! Every single person from management and above went out of their way to make sure I was personally attended to in my nearly three week trip! It far exceeded my expectations! Each time I needed anything they were in love and light and I will definitely use Vibe again on my visits to stay which will be often and frequent! If only so many people could experience such class and service! LOVE AND THANKS TO ALL!
