Attendent didn't make effort to serve coffee at night. Moreover sometimes night time he say machine is not working and they didn’t make any effort to fix it needed a simple refill of milk. Management need to take notice of such instances. Rest pump fuel prices are competitive.
I want to introduce you to the behaviour of one of your worker. At your fuel station there is a Sardar boy who works in the morning shift who I think is new. Teach him to talk to customers because he has absolutely no manners about how to deal with customers. Today when I filled fuel in my car from there, I saw that he was behaving rudely with everyone. Make him understand. If a customer is requesting you, make him understand and not misbehave with him. I request the management of Vibe fuel station to pay attention to this matter.
The fuel here is usually cheaper than alot of others, but the customer service is not so great.
So unprofessional stuff.nJune 8, I went late evening to fuel up asked me to pay first, I paid 105 for fuel. My car takes around 100-115 to full tank. After finishing I had some space left asked him can he ran it till it fills up I already paid 105 not going to run for 5-15. But he denied and I asked managers contact also refused that in rude way. So much unprofessional.
