I wouldn't recommend the entropion eye surgery for animals. It cost around $900 from memory and it did nothing to help my cat's sore eyes. Eventually after a lot of repeated medication/visits we finally went to the eye specialist at McMaster and Heap in CHCH and he said there's nothing that can be done to cure weeping eyes when a cat has herpes. I could've saved her from eye surgery and could've saved hundreds, if I just went straight to the eye specialist in CHCH to get the cat herpes diagnosis. Not sure why eye herpes wasn't even mentioned from the start, when it's common in stray cats Instead the 'solution' was straight to an invasive expensive surgery? At the very least, a disappointing oversight.
Had to have fur baby put to sleep. The staff and vets are extremely caring and sensitive to how I was feeling. All of the vetlife vets are extremely professional. I recommend if you are looking for great care.
I am so glad I had Lauren as our vet on the hardest day of my life putting my best friend to sleep. She was so understanding and has a passion for animals and their owners. She gave us all the time we needed. many thanks, bonnie,chelsey and kayden x
Good staff ,have used there vet's for 13 years
Generally speaking it was an ok experience. Good staff and facilities. Like all vets the experience does not come cheap. We always need to pay for experience. Am now a client of this business.
