Went into Vetlife Ashburton to buy a Feliway Diffuser refill. Price on the shelf was different to the price they tried to charge me. I was told that they hadn’t got round to changing the shelf price as they were busy the day before and I was expected to pay the new price. I found the woman extremely rude as under the Consumer Guarantees Act I should only have been expected to pay the lower amount. The young girl at reception agreed with me and only charged the lower amount. The older woman then informed me that I would be expected to pay the higher amount next time. I can assure you that I will not be back to repurchase Feliway from there.
We sadly had to put a family pet to sleep last Friday. Even though it had to be done out on the grass verge due to lockdown conditions, we were grateful to be able to be with her in her last moments. The staff made it as less traumatic as they possible could. Being there at the end for our beautiful 4yr old, Marley, was so appreciated. She will be greatly missed. To the team at Vetlife Ashburton - words cannot express, but Thank You so much
