Very caring place to take your fur baby! They were very caring in discussing my babies treatment, but also very honest about prognosis and pricing. They allowed me to visit twice before my baby was discharged
11 out of 10 for these fantastic crew.nVery professional people with very gentle hearts and were extremely thorough.nThey took excellent care of my darling doggo and me for that matternI would definitely suggest these people to take care of your precious family members. The costs were as any standard vet would be so a thumbs up from me.
We took my cat sprout in for an emergency, he was a very sick little guy, the staff were beyond kind and professional. My parents took sprout in at around 12am and they took me to see him at around 4:30am. Vicky talked us through what was happening, she told us all the details about sprout and comforted us. I am a teenager but she spoke to me like I was an adult and didn’t sugar coat anything which I was grateful for. I got to see him one last time. I was told that Vicky had taken a nap and came back in at around 9 to be with sprout through the surgery, she was amazing and I’m beyond grateful she was there with my baby. I decided to write this because we just received some flowers from them.
My partner and I took our dog here for a swim! Whilst our dog wasn’t the best swimmer, he had lots of fun splashing around. The facility was fantastic and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
I needed an after hours vet for a pet emergency . I was expecting a long wait and expensive invoice but was pleasantly surprised on both accounts. My pet was treated within 15 minutes by Vicky who was thorough and explained everything clearly. My invoice was very reasonable compared to other emergency vets I have visited in the past. I will definitely be using this vet again if the need arises.
