A recent 3am admission for my dog who has since been diagnosed with diabetes. The staff were calm, understanding, caring and friendly in a very stressful situation. I received updates as promised. Made the whole situation less stressful so I could focus of getting Toby the care he needed. He's now doing much better!
Last night around 11 pm my rabbit had a fall, and we assumed that her LHS front leg to be broken.nnBeing so distressed, we booked an appt here. We saw this lovely and kind asian woman vet.nnShe was able to reassure us that our rabbit is fine as there were no signs of distress and using the legs fine. We assumed that it is a sprained leg moreso the soft tissue and to monitor.nnTo hear that reassurance has made us relieved and she also recommended to go to exotic vet nearby as well for our rabbit which we have also booked for next weeknnVery professional and kind, highly recommended
Guinness has been cared for at VRH for a long time. The care, love and respect he has been given and myself as his owner, has been beyond perfect. Guinness has had some very serious issues in the last 18 months and with help from the team at VRH, he is much improved and still around for us to love. Sam Long has been amazing with getting seizures under control as well as Sarah and Alex. I must also say that the reception and nursing staff are always very kind and understanding. All in all, if your dog is in trouble, VRH is a great place to go. JN
Our pup Hazel was brought in a very sick girl, and the care that she received was top level. Dr Leah and Dr Cristina reassured us that she was in good hands, providing us with daily morning and afternoon updates. The team also provided photos of her progress as we live 3 hours away and weren't able to visit every day. Without their treatment, well our little pup wouldn't be here today. She's getting back to being her cheeky self again!
Emma was amazing on the phone and in person and after our difficult decision and the vet too. Very well handled making the situation very smooth. Thank you.
