Big thank you to Dr Jacki and Rachel for coming out to our home to support Wilbur off to sleep. One of the hardest decisions we have had to make. We were never rushed and the process was calm and caring. Thank you so much ladies. We have had amazing support over the last couple of years for Wilbur from Dr Tim, Dr Susan and Dr Jacki. I highly recommend the entire team from vets, nurses to admin staff who are all a credit to this practice.
Received wonderful prompt service and treatment recently when the Greyhound we were looking after was attacked by a couple of large, cowardly acting thugs of dogs distracted the Greyhound while the other attacked the hind legs and bit out a portion of hip. Arrival was treated as an emergency and was attended to straight away. The personal service and obvious love for animals was evident and appreciated. Two weeks later, had the staples removed and you would hardly know he had been so sadly attacked. Wonderful speedy recovery thanks to a dedicated team of professionals.
We have been going here for over 20 years with all our pets. Nice accommodating vets. Very helpful and compassionate. The vet pet accessory shop are the best too.

Excellent Vet Clinic - both my dogs are patients, one of them had the TLPO surgery when 1yo for ruptured cruciate ligament, she has made a full recovery thanks to Vet Tim and the nurses.
My wife expressed how she had already paid , for our dog to get stitches, and they billed her anyway , . Stupid people working there , and totally disrepect on how people are doing it hard

Had my 8yr female dashy spayed there...just recently...best price in town..the vet was wonderful..friendly staff.. .my dog thought it was a great day out..no trauma.did a fantastic job..small scar.. dissolvable stitches..best vets in town..100% satisfaction..the vet rang to see if my dog was recovering well..easy to apply pain med..they have times where you get 20% discount rates..which I got...thank you VET CROSS..
