Amazing staff and great quality of products. The staff helped me a lot when choosing the tiles and you could see that they were very knowledgeable and professional. They were also coming at great prices and got delivered pretty quickly. Highly recommend!
Large and vast selection. The customer service was incredible they had very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The tiles are gorgeous, very really impressed with the quality. Provided a great price for high quality tiles and kept me in the loop on deliveries and updates with my orders. Everything went smoothly. I would give not even a star. I bought tiles from this shop. I have paid extra for special delivery and the day they bring the tiles 2 of them was cracked and one missing. They told us they will bring the missing one in 3 days. After a week of waiting we asked a refund for the one that missing. They refused and they said will bring it on the next 48 hour. Another week is gone and not received any tiles. We asked again to get a refund for the missing one the refused and they said by Friday but not arrived yet.Please everyone who wants to buy from them to be very careful because they are very unprofessional and they hiding information from you. After 3 weeks we left without 1 tile wich cost 45 pounds and without the money.
Phenomenal tiles at great prices. From having shopped at various tile shops over the last decade for homes for my relatives Versatile have without a doubt topped the list. From their amazing and helpful customer service to their immense range of tiles, all of which are of exceptionally high quality.
Amazing customer service! They had a range of tiles to choose from and got my delivery the very next day! The prices were very competitive and overall extremely happy and would definitely recommend to others.
