First of all, not on time. Promised to start at 9 am. No response till 11. When I called the got to know that he is running late will be here in half an hour. To my surprise, the guy arrived hour later. As I could imagine, he didn’t finish the job same day as promised. Didn’t even bother to clean up or inform before he left. The entry doors were left open. We discovered long after he had left. The rest of the job was finished next week. After paying a handsome amount, what you get is all dirt around. Didn’t bother to clean. Gaps not filled, screw holes not covered.. all the shelves has drilling dust. Not impressed at all.

Versa Robes helped me to come up with the best space limited solution. They installed a beautiful book shelve wall length and wardrobe in the hall way. It is very good quality and looks very good too. It wasn't long from the day I ordered until the final installation (about one month).I would come go back again if I need more cupboards. Great job team!

The worst experience we've ever had with any company. 7 months of stress; Cheap materials, hinges came apart, screw holes in the wrong places not filled in, crack in mirror door (refused to replace!), half finished wardrobes with refusal to complete the work quoted, uneven hanging rails, dirty finger prints, no drop cloths used so needed to hire a cleaning company to clean their mess! Exceptionally rude administration staff who thought personal insults were an appropriate way to deal with our complaints. Would not want any other person to go through this experience.

BUYER BEWARE Goods were not supplied as ordered. Incorrect finish on doors, missing draws. Door incorrectly hinged and side panel not delivered on installation day and unable to be installed. Use third-party suppliers and do not divulge that to client. Their T&C’s get them out of all liability. Caused significant damage to walls during installation. Had to replace doors at additional cost. Versa changed the order without permission. Took me to VCAT. I received compensation for them not supplying doors as ordered. Check your order and the T&Cs carefully. I urge you to go to a more reputable supplier like Almara who had to rectify the wardrobe following Versa defective doors and failure to supply the wardrobe as ordered.
